Very Simple Javascript is a small lightweight way of doing exactly what you need to do, without using the overhead of a full Javascript library.
This is a single page website, that uses all of the aspects developed so far for the Very Simple Javascript project.
I am always working on advancements to the project, and will not stop until you can do everything you need to do in the minimum number of bytes.
Tabify
Very Simple Javascript Tabs
Very simple javascript tabs (codename:Tabify) is the coolest and easiest way to implement pre loaded tabs on to you webpage.
TabifyComes with a callback out of the box and this allows you to use ajax to load in scripts later, or use it to do more than just change the context of the tab state of the page.

Carouselify
Very Simple Javascript Carousel
Very simple javascript carousel slideshow (codename:Carouselify) is the coolest and easiest way to implement a cool slideshow or snazzy carousel on to you webpage.
Carouselify loads images as late as possible, this is so users without javascript in thier browsers will not have to wait for images that they are not going to see to download.
Carouselify also provides a hook for you to bind and advance and rewind by a single frame using the methods attached the global variable "window.globalCar.rewindTile()" or "window.globalCar.advanceTile()";
